Program terms. Rewards apply to qualifying new residential customers. Your neighbor gets $25 off their first paid service, and you get a $25 account credit once that service is completed and payment clears. Minimum qualifying service is $125 before discounts. Free inspections, self-referrals, duplicate households, and cancelled or unpaid services do not qualify. Credits carry no cash value and cannot be combined with other offers.
